Simply Yoga Retreat

Hop on your mat and get ready to expand your yoga practice, push yourself, and live a week of self-discovery. This no frills, simply yoga retreat is a great way to explore the south of Chile and practice yoga while on a budget.

 

Start the retreat with a personal consultation with your teachers, and set mental, physical, and emotional goals for yourself. Forget about the rest of the world, and just focus on yourself for a few days! You'll be amazed at what you can do in just 4 days when your attention and energy is focused on just one thing.

Based on a traditional hatha practice, we'll explore the five branches of hatha yoga. Our physical body can be the vehicle through which we gain a deeper understanding of ourselves, and we'll use a daily asana practice, pranayama, and meditation to gain a new perspective of mind and body. Discover your limits and your strengths, and come out the other side feeling lighter, grounded, and free.

Ensenada, Chile rests between two volcanoes, and the energy that can be felt here isn't found just anywhere. It's the perfect spot to escape to and simply breathe.

A non-refundable deposit of $300 USD per person must be made to reserve a spot. The amount in full must be paid upon arrival.

Lodging

WHAT'S INCLUDED?

LODGING

5 nights private lodging, with several options that provide varied levels of privacy. Choose to stay in one of two large, rustic homes. Each of our rustic homes has one private double room with a connected private bathroom, as well as two shared rooms with twin beds and one shared bathroom. Common spaces include a comfortably decorated living room, and open kitchen with a large family-style table, and a large terrace and hottub with views of not just one, but two volcanoes! Spend the afternoon sun-bathing on the terrace, or walk down to the river and enjoy the four quartz massage beds.

If you're looking for more alone time, choose to rent our fairytale cabin. The fairytale cabin is located on the same river-side property, but sits back in the trees and affords guests with more privacy. The fairytale house features breathtaking volcano views, a garden and koi pond, one bathroom, and a loft with a double bed. Take a dip in the wood-fired outdoor hottub and enjoy some alone time with a loved one!

All lodging options include internet access, free parking, and outdoor hottub use.

ALL MEALS ARE INCLUDED

Unlimited daily detox tea, fresh juices, and healthy snacks.

We use fresh, locally sourced ingredients, and provide healthy, balanced, and organic meal options. Most of our meal options are vegetarian, but if you have any other dietary restrictions please let us know, and we are happy to work with you!

DAILY YOGA CLASSES

All teachers are Yoga Alliance certified. We offer a range of hatha, hatha vinyasa, and gentle yoga classes. Based on the daily schedule, we may practice our yoga class or meditation in the outdoors. 

2 WORKSHOP OPTIONS

Choose between several workshop options. Including but not limited to: local edible plants, yoga anatomy, making natural hygiene products, Chilean cuisine cooking class, music jam sessions, sound therapy, etc.

PERSONAL CONSULTATION WITH YOUR TEACHERS

Begin your trip with a chat with your yoga teacher. Ask questions, define your goals, and let your teachers know about any injuries you have or anything specific that you are working toward.

WHAT'S NOT INCLUDED?

TRANSPORTATION

Transportation to and from the airport is NOT included in this retreat. We are happy to help you with recommendations on how to arrive to our yoga center on your own, or you can book transport through us for an additional cost.

AIRFARE

You are responsible for getting yourself to Puerto Montt or Puerto Varas for the first day of the retreat. If you would like advice on flights or ways to arrive, we are happy to help!

LODGING BEFORE OR AFTER THE RETREAT DAYS

If you would like to arrive early or stay late, we can help you find accommodation.

ALCOHOL & EXTRA SNACKS OR FOOD

We will provide you will three healthy and filling meals daily. We will work with you to make sure that you always have meal options to fit any dietary restrictions that you may have. You will also have unlimited access to tea and juices. What you eat and drink on the side is up to you, but we strongly recommend taking advantage of the opportunity to detox and eat clean!

We are not responsible for any flight delays or travel delays that might cause you to arrive late to the retreat. You will be responsible for you own health and medical expenses that may arise during the trip.
