Mindful Athlete Yoga Retreat

Skier? Climber? Paddler? Biker? Chile is a destination known worldwide for its outdoor activities. But sports trips can be really tough on your body! Start or finish your trip with 5 days of hatha classes specially designed for athletes. Protect your joints, stretch out sore and tired muscles, and strengthen those other muscles... the ones you don't use enough.
